Volunteer Minibus Driver

Are you a local superhero with a driver's license? Do you have a big heart and an even bigger sense of adventure? We need YOU!

At Ufton, we're all about making children's dreams come true. We're on the lookout for a Volunteer Minibus Driver to help us create unforgettable experiences for young adventurers. You'll be picking up 12 excited but maybe a bit nervous children and their teacher from a nearby school and whisking them away to Ufton for a day of fun, learning, and exploration. Then, you'll be their trusted chariot back to school in the afternoon.

We are based in Ufton Nervet and we are not on any public transport routes. Therefore transport is essential for volunteers.

About Ufton Court Educational Trust

We are a Educational Trust set in a Tudor manor house and surrounding woodlands in West Berkshire. We offer history and outdoor learning based residential and day visits to schools. We also run alternative provision day visits for both primary and secondary school students.

We host weddings and private events and the profits made from these are put back into the charity and used to make residential visits affordable to all and subsidies the alternative provision sessions. This includes sessions, transports and food for students attending.

What skills do I need?

We are looking for volunteers ages 21 years and above with a clean driving license and a patient and friendly personality.
