Volunteers are essential to the work we do at Sport in Mind, we have dozens of wonderful volunteers who assist our session leaders at sessions across the South East of England and without their help our sessions wouldn't be nearly as fun, engaging or beneficial for our attendees.

Sport in Mind are looking for friendly and approachable volunteers who can engage our service users and hold non-judgemental conversation.

It is preferable that you have good knowledge of gardening and allotments and also an awareness of the importance of physical activity for good mental health.
